Best Pet Stores In Wichita
Visit one of the best pet stores in Wichita if you want to buy a new puppy, kitten, toys, food, or other supplies:

- Tails & Scales Pet Shop at 1718 Nelson Dr
There will be a wide variety of collars, leashes, toys, carriers, beds, and other pet supplies at each of those stores.
You can also get grooming services or take advantage of the boarding facility at Guptons Pets and Supplies. Guptons also has pet supplies for exotic animals.
In Tails & Scales Pet Shop is one of the best reptile shops in the state and has many varieties of snakes for sale, as well as other pets.
Animal Shelters & Adoption
There are some great animal shelters, adoption centers, and facilities that help with overpopulation around the city like:

Not only is the Kansas Humane Society a great local animal shelter where you can adopt dogs, cats, and potentially other pets but they also do so much more. The Wichita Animal Action League is a great rescue organization that has helped save over 1,000 dogs and cats in each of the past couple years. They not only help with adoptions but also spay and neuter procedures.
